Direct Merchants Bank - Displeased customer
Direct Merchants does not value their customers what so ever.My credit limit was lowered to an unbelievabe $300.per month from several thousand dollars in credit.
My performance with this bank has been nothing other than steller.
No notice was provided in advance of having my card declined by a regular marchant this alone is a total discrace .Credit card was never paid late or missed but, paid off in full every month for a period of 10 years.I have since closed my account with Dirct Merchants after telling them exactly what I thought of their customer service.
