I apply for a creidt card with Direct Merchant BK in the year of 2003 also took out the card protection plan they said I do not qualify for, On my application I summitted online that I was owner and manager of Customcare Janitoral SVC. Would not let me cancel,nor would they let me have a copy of my credit application.I want my money back . Total of $7500.00 Plus entrance that is refundable to me that protection defrauded me knowly. I spoke with a manager and a representive to know prevail they since me to customer services they told me that separate from the credit card company, but yet there all using the same name.
